States Post Office - USPS .
We ship within the United States
and International (unless stated otherwise in the product description).
Shipping and delivery days are
Monday through Friday except holidays (unless stated otherwise in the product description).
We do our best to make sure our
customers receive their orders quickly.
Except for back ordered items,
our lingerie orders are shipped in 2-3 business days - so
you will receive your order within 3-7 days.
Allow 7-10 business days for
international shipments.
Back-Orders
You make every
effort to keep our our inventory updated but every now
and than we run into an out-of-stock situation. If
this happens with items in your order you will be
notified and will have the option to change
your order before it is shipped.
RATES:
US - Domestic Orders
Fees -First Class Shipping is a flat $6.95 for orders over $15.00 and FREE for orders over
$75.00.
Express Shipments -
Express shipping may be available by request depending on the items in your order.
Select Priority Mail for a flat $9.00 (2-4
days after processing).
International Orders
We ship most items in our Sensual Collection internationally unless stated otherwise in the product description.
Fees - Shipping is $26 for orders over $50. Shipping rates are discounted to $22 with orders over $150.
Shipping to Canada - The site does not show a separate rate for Canada but we note that we will refund $10 of the shipping cost when we process the order. Shipping rates to Canada would then be $16 (orders over $50) and only $12 for orders over $150.

Corsets -
Shipping Corsets Internationally takes
longer. From our experience it could
take 2-3 weeks via regular mail.
We have the right to refuse any
order that we deem too costly to process.
Returns: Customer satisfaction
is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase you may return your item
within 7 days from the date you receive it for store credit. Please note that not all lingerie items are returnable due to Federal Regulations. See the restrictions below. Some items are returnable only if a manufacturing defect is found or for store credit only. Refer to the individual product descriptions for return information on specific lingerie items. If your return qualifies follow the steps outlined below.
You must email us at contact@fromtheheartlingerie.com before returning your purchase to obtain a
Return Authorization. Requests must be made
within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
Simply return your unused and
undamaged item(s) with all original tags attached and
in original packaging to our address noted in our
reply email within 2 days of your return
approval. Your return approval will provide you with
further instructions.
Please note:
All items must be clean and
unworn with
all tags attached. All pre-packaged items must be
returned in their original packaging. Health
regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled,
worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in
other than new condition and cannot be returned
or exchanged. By law, intimate garments containing
a crotch cannot be returned for size exchange once
they have been tried on or worn. These returned items
are given a biological test before a credit is
issued. No returns
will be accepted after 7 days of receiving your
purchase.
Return shipping charges
are the responsibility of the customer.
Defects in Workmanship: Although this
is not a common event - if you happen to receive an item
with a defect in workmanship contact us immediately for
return. The same conditions apply as stated above less
the restocking fee. The item can not be worn or
washed to claim a defect. We
guarantee all items will be free of defects. A
replacement will be sent upon the return of defective
item. If the item cannot be replaced you will
receive a full refund. Please allow 2-3 weeks
for us to receive and process your return.
Processing your Exchange or Return: Upon receipt of your item we will issue you store credit less a $2.50 restocking fee per item. Store credit can not be applied to shipping charges.
