Your order is shipped discreetly with no reference to "Lingerie" or the products ordered on the outside of the packaging.
We ship UPS, FedEx or USPS depending on which carrier is more economical. Each customer is sent a shipping notice along with a tracking number. We ship within the United States and International unless noted otherwise in the product description.
Shipping and delivery days are Monday through Friday, except holidays.
We do our best to make sure our customers receive their orders quickly. Except for back ordered items, our lingerie orders are shipped in 2-3 business day so you will receive your order within 3-7 days.
Allow 7-10 business days for international shipments.
Back-OrdersYou will be
notified if any items in your order are not available
for immediate shipment. If this occurs you will have the
option to change your entire order before it is shipped.

US DOMESTIC ORDERS:
- Rates -
Shipping is a flat $6.95 for ground orders over $15 and is FREE
for orders over $75. Shipments are made via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
- We Now Offer FREE Priority Mail Upgrade! - We now upgrade all shipments to Priority Mail for FREE (2-4 days after processing). If you earned free shipping (orders $75 or more) you can upgrade to Priority Shipping for only $2.00.
- Express/Overnight Delivery - Most items are able to be shipped Express Mail at a rate of $25. It is helpful for us to know the date you will need your item/s. You may make a note for us in the comments area when placing your order. We will notify you right away if we can not accomodate your wishes.
Please note: All 2nd Day Delivery and Overnight
shipments are shipped M-F and do NOT include weekend
deliveries.
Low Order Fee
Orders less than $15.00 are charged higher shipping rates. We have a very low mark-up on our products and therefore sometimes it costs us money to process small orders. With the low prices you find in our store and the cost of shipping these days it makes sense to place an order that is over $25.00.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- Rates - Shipping is $26 for orders over $25. Shipping rates are discounted to $22 with orders over $150.
- Express Shipments: Global Express is $36 for orders over $25, $32 for orders over $150.
- Shipment to Canada is $10 less - As noted during our checkout process - we will refund $10 off of our regular International Rates for orders shipping to Canada. The refund will be done immediately upon processing the order.
- We have the right to refuse any order that we deem too costly to process.
Low Order Fee
Orders less than $25.00 are charged higher shipping rates. We have a very low mark-up on our products and therefore sometimes it costs us money to process small orders. With the low prices you find in our store and the cost of shipping these days it makes sense to place an order that is over $60.00. International shipping rates decline with orders over $25 and are lowest for orders over $150.
Returns:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Due to sanitary regulations there are restrictions as to what can be returned. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or an item does not fit we can help you with the return if you notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. The sooner you notify us the more likely your return will be accepted as we can not accepted worn items. Some items are returnable only if a manufacturing defect is found or for store credit only. Refer to the individual product descriptions for return information on specific lingerie items.
If you believe your item qualifies for a return follow the steps outlined below.
- You must email us at
contact@fromtheheartlingerie.com before returning your purchase to obtain a Return Authorization. Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
- Simply return your unused and undamaged item(s) with all original tags attached and in original packaging to our address noted in our reply email within 3 days of your return approval. Your return approval will provide you with further instructions.
Stipulations:
- All items must be clean and unworn with all tags attached. All pre-packaged items must be returned in their original packaging. Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in other than new condition and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Bras, body shapers, costumes, items with thongs/panties, leather items, swimsuits and hosiery/bodystockings are not returnable.
No returns will be accepted if you notify us after 7 days of receiving your purchase.
- All returns without a Return Authorization from us will shipped back to you at your cost. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Receiving Your Store Credit:
Upon receipt of your item we will issue you store credit less a $2.50 restocking fee per item. Store credit can not be applied to shipping charges.
Exchanges:
If you want the item(s) that you are returning in another size or color you may place another order on our website after you receive your store credit for the original item(s).
Defects in Workmanship:
Although this is not a common event - if you happen to receive an item with a defect in workmanship contact us immediately for return. The same conditions apply as stated above. The item can not be worn or washed to claim a defect. We guarantee all items will be free of defects. A replacement will be sent upon the return of defective item. If the item cannot be replaced you will receive a full refund. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to receive and process your return.
